CAGENPOT.COM believes in quick customer service & our orders are usually shipped before 18:00 hours on the same or next day of order placement
Requests for cancellation of order post shipping will not be accepted by
CAGENPOT & no refund will be processed for the same.

We will try our best to create suitable design concepts & deliver the best products for our clients.
In case that we have shipped a wrong product, we will immediately process a replacement (or refund in case of non-availability of the product requested by the customer) for the same subject to receiving & inspection of the product by CAGENPOT .
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund subject to the following terms : –
1. For a full refund, the buyer will have to ship the product back to CAGENPOT in original packaging. The apparel should not be damaged/worn/washed and packaging should not be opened. Return/refund of orders will be processed on case to case basis and CAGENPOT reserves all rights to process or deny return or replacement for products.
2. If any evidence is found that the apparel has been damaged/worn/washed CAGENPOT.COM is not liable to process any refund to the buyer.
3. CAGENPOT.COM will be the final authority to assess the condition of the product & reserves all rights to accept or reject refund claims based on the observed condition of the returned product
4. Discounted products cannot be returned & there will be no refund for the same.
